Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy & Process:

 

We hope you are satisfied with your order.

If for any reason you need to return an item, we will gladly accept your returned merchandise. 

 

For regular priced items, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. No exceptions. 

 

Your return must be processed through our return portal HERE 

 

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING WITHOUT REQUESTING FIRST - WE CANNOT TRACK THE RETURN AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED!

 

A follow up email will be sent to you within 1-2 days with instructions based upon your selection.  

 

Any returns mailed back after 7 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a shipping fee to receive your merchandise back.

 

Return labels are available upon request for a $8 fee deducted from the refund, or you can return at your own expense. 

 

Free in store returns: drop off your return to our store at 1458 president street bottom door 

Brooklyn, NY, 11213 ,during store hours only.

 

We do not provide return labels for anywhere outside the US. 

 

  • Initial shipping fees will not be refunded on any returned items.

-Refund will be given for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise (see below and note ALL steps on how a return is eligible).

    • We will only accept returns if the item is in condition it was received. The terms include:
    • *unworn
    • *unmarked
    • *unwashed
    • *unscented
    • *clean-no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains
    • *no rips, pulls or tears
    • *all tags attached 
    • Or it will not be refunded and there will be additional shipping fee to send it back
    •  ***We do not make any exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, return your first purchase and place a separate order for the second item
    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities.  
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the return arriving at the warehouse. You are notified via email that refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued to the original payment.
  • Damaged Items- We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order that there is a damage. When setting up a return please specify there is a damage on the item.

Any items purchased on sale  page are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. all promo codes and sales above 25% are final sale.

 

Please include your original receipt and/or packing slip.

Both places everything is final sale.

NO RETURNS . NO EXCHANGES.

Shipping costs $18 to Canada 

And $25 to England.

 

ORDERS FOR PICKUP:

all orders for pickup need to be picked up within 10 days.

Pickups after that will be non refundable/ returnable
